If you've been following me lately then you know that I'm a fan of boudoir and in order to learn how to better serve my boudoir clients, I attended a boudoir workshop hosted by Sharon of Sharon Elizabeth Photography. I am all for continuing education as one journies through life and I definitely believe that you can ALWAYS learn something! Well, I knew I could learn a lot from Sharon who is a superb boudoir photographer located in Virginia and jumped at the opportunity to learn from her.
Y'all I just HAVE to gush a little bit about Gin and Perry - it's only appropriate since this is their wedding post anyways! These two people are some of the coolest cats we have ever met! They both are so easy-going and just wanted to have one giant party surrounded by all of their loved ones and honestly it was a huge success on their part!!!!! Perry is such a hilarious guy always cracking himself up at his own jokes and Gin just rolls with his craziness, but you can definitely tell she loves...
Christina + Ryan decided to have their engagement session done at West Point on the Eno in Durham. They were a lot of fun to work with and so was their poochie, who cooperated very well and posed for the camera like a pro. While it was a little chillier than we would have hoped we got some really good shots of them. I am especially a fan of the ones of them with the plaid blanket wrapped around them.
Bethany + Phil had their wedding at The Longhouse in Stokesdale, NC. This was the first wedding we photographed at this venue and we were happy that it was with a couple as fun to work with as Bethany + Phil. They had a very intimate ceremony under a great, big, beautiful tree. We had plenty of time set aside for their couples portraits, and even some in the "golden hour" too!
