My goodness… I don’t even know what to say about these two. We’ve been friends with PK for YEARS and would often have taco night at his place with great company! He is super energetic and even more friendly… literally one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. And when we met Ramya I was curious to see their dynamic and honestly they compliment each other perfectly! They joke on each other while also being super sweet and tender. Ramya and PK clearly have a ton of fun together and were laughing their entire engagement session at the North Carolina Museum of Art!
They met on Indian Match even though they were states apart. After non-stop texting and video calling they decided to meet so he traveled to meet her in Nebraska. Their first date involved watching movies and PK falling asleep after enjoying some delicious home-cooked Indian food. Luckily Ramya works as a scientist and was able to transfer through her company to RTP so they’ve decided to make Raleigh their home together. This worked out great since there aren’t many computer engineering positions in Ramya’s town were limited for PK.
Remember when I said they are super sweet? PK surprised her with an adorable proposal. They were hiking part of the Blue Ridge Parkway while on a weekend trip to visit friends and at the highest point he got down on one knee! How frickin’ adorable?! Ramya returns that sweetness in kind, too! PK has always been super into fast cars. So for Valentine’s day, Ramya gifted him the experience to drive 5 of his absolute all time favorite sports cars – so cool!!
They chose to have their engagement session at the North Carolina Museum of Art near downtown Raleigh since they love nature but wanted to get a few urban shots as well. The large fields and unique architecture the museum offers just fit perfectly with their personalities. There’s also plenty of room to run around for piggy back rides! They were all giggles and really embraced just enjoying each other’s company. Their laughs are so contagious and I’m just so happy to see all the love these two share!
